Fe酸性沸石催化剂对2-异丙基萘择形歧化反应的影响

摘  要:采用等体积浸渍法制备不同含量Fe2O3改性的MP-01催化剂,研究其催化2-异丙基萘歧化反应的性能。结果表明,2-异丙基萘择形歧化的最佳条件为反应温度210℃,采用质量分数2%Fe2O3改性后的MP-01催化剂,反应2 h,2-异丙基萘转化率为41.2%,目的产物2,6-二异丙基萘选择性为41.2%,二异丙基萘选择性为33.5%,选择性高于未负载Fe2O3的MP-01催化剂。Fe2O3的改性使催化剂表面酸性减少,抑制了非择形催化反应的发生,提高了2,6-二异丙基萘和二异丙基萘选择性。推荐2,6-二异丙基萘制备工艺路线,包括反应和分离两部分,反应主要包含烷基化、烷基转移和2-异丙基萘歧化3个反应。MP-01 catalysts modified by different amounts of iron oxide were prepared by incipient impreg- nation method. The catalytic performance of the catalysts for disproportionation of 2-isopropylnaphthalene was investigated. The results showed that the optimal reaction temperature of 2-isopropylnaphthalene dis- proportionation was 210 ℃. Under the optimal reaction temperature and over 2% Fe2O3/MP-01 catalyst, 2-isopropylnaphthalene conversion reached 41.2%, and the selectivity to 2,6-diisoprpylnaphthalene and diisopropylnaphthalene were 41.2% and 33.5%, respectively ,which was higher than that over unmodified MP-01 catalyst. The surface acid sites of the catalysts after Fe2O3 modification was decreased,which restrained the non-shape-selective catalytic reaction and improved the selectivity to 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene and isopropylnaphthalene. The preparation process of 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene was recommended, which included two parts of reaction and separation. The reaction mainly included alkylation, transal- kylation and 2-isopropylnaphthalene disproportionation.
