摘  要:以伺服传动系统中存在的电磁干扰问题为研究对象,分析系统中存在的干扰源并采取机箱屏蔽、驱动电缆接地等措施,确定了主要干扰源是编码器差分信号线接地问题导致的电磁干扰现象。干扰抑制的实际效果验证了该伺服传动系统抑制策略的有效性。The problem of electromagnetic interference (EMI) in servo drive system was investigated,and sources of electromagnetic interference were analyzed.Measures such as shielding case and earthing drive cables were taken and it was confirmed that the main EMI source was caused by earth problem of differential signal cables of encoder.The effect of EMI suppression proved the validity of the EMI suppression strategy for servo drive system.
