8色清明上河图提花织物的设计开发

摘　　要：介绍了在迈耶·西OVJA1.6E-3WT双面电脑提花机上开发8色清明上河图织画的工艺过程,重点分析其反面小芝麻点的上三角排列情况及正面布的最佳配置,指出:织画反面使用"小芝麻点"比使用"大芝麻点"对织画正面和图案的衬托效果要好。并以设计和生产8色双面提花织物清明上河图图案为实例,描述8色双面提花织物的上机操作程序。所设计产品具正面花纹清晰、表面丰满、反面平整的特点,为针织企业生产8色双面提花织物提供参考。The paper introduces the knitting technology of eight-color double jacquard fabric ＂Qingming Shanghe Tu＂ developed on OVJ1.6E-3WT double computer-based jacquard machine of Mayer ＆ Cie Company. And the dial cam arrangements of eight-color jacquard fabric with back side of small birds＇s eye are analyzed emphatically, as well as the optimal arrangement of the face side. It concludes that employing back side with small bird＇s eye is better for producing the face side with more prominent pattern than using the back side with large bird＇s eye. And taking the design and production of the eight-color double jacquard fabric ＂Qingming Shanghe Tu＂ as an example, it describes the detailed knitting technology. The results show that the fabric developed in this paper has clear pat- tern on the face side, well-developed appearance and flat surface on the back side,which can be reference for knitting enterprises to produce this kind of fabric.
