汽车内饰用经编仿麂皮绒面料的研发

摘　　要：采用超细海岛纤维和半消光涤纶长丝FDY为原料,设计开发了汽车内饰用经编仿麂皮绒面料。介绍了织物选用的原料和组织结构;分析织造、前处理、预定形、拉毛、开纤、染色、定形、磨毛等织物的各个加工工序;重点阐述了织物组织结构的选择、拉毛、开纤、染色和磨毛等关键工序及其需要注意的问题;并对制成后的织物面料按照汽车内饰用织物的要求进行了性能测试。结果表明:经编仿麂皮绒面料手感柔软、外观华丽,具有天然麂皮的高档质感;其主要性能基本能达到日产汽车内饰面料标准要求,但耐磨性、接缝疲劳度等性能还需进一步改善提高。Warp knitted suede fabrics are designed and developed by super-fine sea island fiber and semi-dull polyester filament as materials. It analyzes the processes of the suede producing such as raw materials, knitting process, pre-treatment, pre-setting, fluffing, splitting, dyeing, setting, sanded finish. It mainly introduces the key processes,such as the selction of fabric structure, fluffing, splitting, dyeing and sanded finish,and some precautions as well. Then it tests the fabrics which arc made in accordance with the car interior fabric requirements. The results show that warp knitted suede fabric has soft feel, luxury appearance and high-grade texture of natural suede. The main performance of the warp knitted suede fabric can basically reach Nissan automotive interior fabric standards, but the tensile strength and wear resistance of the fabric still needs to be improved.
