基于气流缸低浴比阳离子染CDP织物实践

摘　　要：分别用Kayacryl ED系列染料、Yoracryl系列染料和Astrazon系列染料在气流缸低浴比的条件下染浅、中、深色,并测试织物的相对不匀度和布面效果,筛选出低浴比染色的最佳染料;测试并分析了pH值、匀染剂用量及升温速率对染色效果的影响;并以中色大生产为例,测试了染样色差、匹差及色牢度。结果表明,气流缸低浴比阳离子染CDP织物时,宜选择Kayacryl ED系列染料染中、浅色,Astrazon系列染料染深色;染色时pH值应为3.8~4.3,染不同颜色时匀染剂ODX用量不同,缓慢升温区的升温速率均为0.5℃/min;中色大生产染样染色效果比较理想。Kayacryl ED dyes, Yoracryl dyes and Astrazon dyes were used to dye light color, neutral color and dark color under the condition of airflow cylinder with low bath ratio, and the relative unevenness of fabric and surface effect was tested, and the optimal dyes for dyeing at low bath ratio were filtered; the effects of pH value, the dosage of levelling agent and heating rate on dyeing effects were tested and analyzed; taking large-scale pro- duction about neutral color fabric as an example, the color difference, piece difference and color fastness of fabric was compared. The results show that in the dyeing of CDP fabric by cationic dyes based on airflow cylinder with low bath ratio, Kayacryl ED dyes are suitable for light color and neutral color, and Astrazon dyes are suitable for dark color; the pH value is 3.8-4.3 when dyeing, and the dosage of levelling agent ODX is different when dyeing different colors; and the rates of temperature control about slow heating zone are all 0.5 ℃/min; the dyeing effects of large-scale production about neutral color fabric is good.
