竹莫弹力汗布灰色系染色生产实践

摘　　要：阐述了竹莫弹力汗布面料灰色系品种染色过程中易受擦伤,产生色花、色点、色差、缸差等疵病问题,通过采用复合茶皂素前处理工艺、选用合适的活性染料和碱剂、制定合理的染机参数等措施,开发出一个合理的染色新工艺。结果表明,采用新工艺生产的面料质量优异,解决了色花、色点、色差等问题;同时,竹莫弹力汗布面料具有天然的抗菌功能。The defects of fray, dyeing defect, dye spot, color difference and dyelot chromatism in the dyeing of the Grey varieties of Bamboo and modal fiber elastic single jersey fabric were expounded, and a new dyeing process was developed by the measures of choosing suitable active dyes and alkaline agent, formulating reasonable dyeing machine parameters and so on. The results show that the quality of fabric produced by the new process is excellent without the problems of dyeing defect, dye spot and color difference. At the same time, Bamboo and modal fiber elastic single jersey fabric has natural antibacterial function.
