基于中医传承辅助系统的治疗失眠症郁闷不舒状态方剂组方规律分析

摘　　要：基于中医传承辅助系统软件,统计《中华医典》中收载的中医古籍文献,以"郁"、"结"、"抑"、"气结"等为关键词,收集有关"郁闷不舒"的文献资料,再以"寝"、"睡"、"眠"、"卧"、"寐"等为关键词进一步筛选,对治疗失眠症郁闷不舒状态的方剂进行组方规律分析,将符合要求的92首方剂进行分析,整合出药物出现频次、常用药物及药对组合、核心药物的归纳等,以协助临床总结失眠症郁闷不舒状态方剂组方规律。Using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system （TCMISS） to do statistics from the ancient Chinese medicine literature which are contained in ＂ Chinese medicine standard ＂, with ＂ Depressed＂ ,＂ Bear＂ ,＂ Repress＂ ,＂ Gloomy＂ as the keywords, to collect literature on state of depression, then do further screening with the keyword of ＂ Sleep＂ ,＂ Sleeping＂ ,＂ Dormancy＂ ,＂ Lying＂ ,＂ Night＂ , to analyze composition principles of prescription for insomnia. Analyzing 92 prescriptions which meet the requirements through the drug occurrence frequency, commonly used drugs and drug combination, the induction of core drugs, to summarize the composition principles of prescription for insomnia, state of depression.
