保和丸对川内痔疮病的防治

摘　　要：四川盆地因地形地势影响,常年多阴雨,湿度大,川区人民受其影响,多有大便粘腻,解便不爽症状。笔者认为保和丸可以显著改善这些症状,并首次提出粘滞型排便异常的概念。保和丸可以通过改善大便性状,间接缓解肛周压力,起到预防痔疮和阻碍已有痔疮继续加重的作用。The dwellers of Sichuan province always suffer from excessive straining, feeling of incomplete evacuation, and have repeated toilet visits due to the terrain and the rainy, high-dampness weather, this article has argued that Baohe Pills can significantly reduce these symptom and put forward the definition of Viscous and Abnormal Defecation （VAD） for the first time. Baohe Pills can cure or prevent hemorrhoids by improving the condition of stool, alleviating the pressure of the crissum indirectly.
