中西医结合治疗男性精液异常32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗男性精液异常临床疗效。方法:采用中成药生精胶囊联合维生素E、维生素C治疗男性精液常规检查中精子质量异常者,并观察治疗前、后精液检查中相关指标的变化情况,以此判断治疗效果。结果:中成药生精胶囊联合维生素E、维生素C对改善男性精液异常的疗效明显。结论:采用中西医结合治疗是改善男性精液异常行之有效的方法之一,值得临床推广应用。Objective： Integrative medicine method was applied to treat disspermia diagnosed through routine examination of sperms. Methods ： Related indicators before and after the treatment were observed to determine Shengjing Capsule combined with Vitamin E and Vitamin C was applied to treat disspermia diagnosed through routine examination of sperms. Related indicators before and after the treatment were observed to determine the therapeutic effect. Results： Shengjing Capsule combined with vitamin E, vitamin C had significant effect on disspermia. Conclusion ： The combination of TCM and western medicine is one of the effective therapies in improving the quality of semen, which is worthy of clinical application.
