摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血法配合针灸治疗更年期综合征(重症)的疗效及作用机理,并观察其对患者生存质量的影响。方法:将360例更年期综合征(重症)患者,口服补肾活血汤加针灸,观察治疗前后临床症状的改善及对更年期综合征患者生存质量的影响。结果:(1)治疗后雌激素(E2)明显提高,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)明显下降,治疗后症状明显改善,显著优于治疗前(P<0.01)。(2)治疗后在生理、心理、社会关系方面的生活质量均有提高,在生理和心理方面提高显著(P<0.01)。结论:补肾活血法配合针灸治疗能明显缓解更年期综合征(重症)患者的症状,使机体尽快达到新的平衡状态,能改善更年期综合征患者的生存质量,此法为治疗更年期综合征的有效方法。Objective： Observing the efficacy of using Bushen Huoxue Method Combined with Acupuncture in the treatment of menopausal syndrome （severe） and the mechanism of action, and to observe its effect on the quality of life of patients, Methods： 360 cases of menopausal syndrome （severe） patients, orally took Bushen Huoxue Decoction and gave acupuncture therapy, observing clinical symptoms and improve the quality of climacteric syndrome survival before and after treatment. Results： （ 1 ） After the treatment of estrogen （ E2 ） significantly improved, follicle stimulating hormone （ FSH ）, luteinizing hormone （LH） decreased significantly after treatment of symptoms significant improvement was significantly better than before treatment （P 〈0. 01 ）. （2） After treatment, quality of life in the physical, psychological, social relations had improved significantly in improving the physical and psychological aspects （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Using Bushen Huoxue Method Combined with Acupuncture can significantly alleviate menopausal consolidated symptoms drome （ severe）, so that the body as quickly as possible to reach a new equilibrium, can improve the quality of life in patients with menopausal syndrome, effective treatment for menopausal syndrome this law.
