高血压前期血尿酸测定的研究及中医护理

摘　　要：目的：观察中老年高血压前期（120-139/80-89 mmHg）血尿酸（UA）在不同性别中的变化。方法：调查观察组中老年高血压前期1880例,对照组为正常血压者1396例,测试其血UA水平,分别进行比较。结果：血UA水平在观察组中老年高血压前期显著高于对照组[（294.91±80.57）：（277.06±73.37）mol/L,P=0.000]。高UA血症患病率在观察组为10.59%,高于对照组的7.89%,P=0.009有统计学差异。血UA水平在女性观察组显著高于对照组（P=0.002）,高UA血症患病率在女性观察组高于对照组（P=0.002）,男性组不明显（P〈0.05）。结论：UA水平及高尿酸血症患病率在中老年高血压前期已有升高,血UA及高尿酸的患病率在女性中升高显著,而男性不明显。尽早对社区人群进行中老年高血压前期高尿酸血症干预,适时提供中医护理,对降低心血管疾病的发生具有重要意义。Objective： Observing elderly hypertensive stage （120 -139/80 - 89 mmHg） and blood uric acid （UA） changes in different gender. Methods： The investigation group had 1880 cases of older prehypertension, the controlled group had 1396 cases of normal blood pressure, and compared the blood UA level. Results： The blood UA level in the observation group in the prophase of senile hypertension was significantly higher than the controlled group （294. 91 ±80. 57 ）, （277. 06±73. 37） mol/L, P=0.000. In the observation group of 10. 59% prevalence rate of high UA level, higher than the controlled group of 7. 89% , there were significant differences for P=0. 009. The observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group in the women＇s blood levels of UA （P =0. 002） , high UA hyperlipidemia prevalence in female were higher than the controlled group （P = 0. 002 ）, male group was not significantly （P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusions： The rate of increase in elderly hypertensive disease and previous UA level of hyperuricemia, blood UA and hyperuricemia prevalence is significantly higher in women, while men are not obvious. As soon as possible to the community by hyperuricemia in elderly hypertensive early intervention, timely provision of Chinese medicine nursing, has very important significance for reducing cardiovascular disease.
