摘　　要：关于图书馆现代化的问题提出已经很久了,但是,对什么是图书馆的现代化、如何实现图书馆现代化却研究甚少。长期以来,学界对图书馆现代化的理解,还停留在图书馆计算机化、标准化、智能化、网络化以及建筑等技术、物质层面上,缺乏对图书馆现代化的深层研究。文章从图书馆的实际出发,结合当今现代化理论,对图书馆现代化的内涵、图书馆现代化的途径等方面进行了相关的探索与研究。It was a long time to put foward the modernization of library.It was seldom research about what is the modernization of the library,how to realize the modernization of library.For a long time,understanding of acade-mia of modernization of Library,still remain in the library computerization,standardization,intelligent,networked and construction technology and the material level,deep research on the modernization of libraries are lacked from the reality,the author studies,the connotation of modernization of library and the ways combined with the modern theory.
