摘　　要：民国时期,北大图书馆管理制度内容有四:其一,藏书资源管理,体现在书籍征购、分类布局、特藏管理和文献保护等方面;其二,图书借阅管理,包括时间安排、室内阅取、外借管理和社会互借等方面;其三,人事经费管理,集中在机构设置、人员管理、经费筹措和预算使用等方面;其四,空间设施管理,表现在划分专用、自习安排、活动预约和展览使用等方面。During the period of Republic of China,the management system of Peking University Library has four parts：first,books resources management,it includes books purchasing,classification,collection managemen, and document protection;second,books borrowing and reading management,it includes time arrangement,indoor reading,loan management,and social mutual borrowing;third,personnel and outlay management,it focuses on in-stitutions settings,personnel management,outlay raising,and budget;fourth,space and facilities management,it expresses on division,individual study arrangement,activities appointment,and exhibitions using.
