基于元分析的动机性访谈对体育博彩问题彩民的治疗效果

摘　　要：采用Revman 5.2软件对文献中取得的关于问题彩民治疗的研究数据进行元分析。结果显示:整体数据异质性较低,合并整体效应值评估得分的SMD存在统计学差异;发表偏倚表现出较好的稳健性;动机性访谈对博彩上瘾问题的治疗效果理想,其效果持续时间比其他疗法长,在跟踪治疗过程中患者行为波动较小。The study adopts meta-analysis to explore the therapeutic effect on problem gamblers with the software Revman 5.2. The results indicate that the total heterogeneity was low and there was statistic difference of the evaluation score in SMD of the overall effect value, whereas the motivational interview （MI） was robust through the analysis of publication bias. It can be seen that the motivational interview, with a longer period of treatment effect and a smaller behavior fluctuation for patients, has an ideal therapeutic effect on problem gamblers.
