摘  要:水平井及大斜度井中由于存在重力分异,油水两相流流型、局部流速和局部持水率沿管径方向发生了复杂的变化,致使其流量和持水率测量及多相流分相流量解释非常困难,在垂直井生产测井解释中得到广泛应用的常规漂移模型已经不能解决其流动剖面解释问题。对水平井及大斜度井中的油水两相流动进行了实验研究和半理论分析,在对多相流动环路模拟实验资料分析的基础上对漂移模型进行了修正,分别针对井斜角和持水率对相分布系数和油滴上升极限速度进行改进,确定了相关计算公式。采用改进的漂移模型预测了多相流动环路模拟实验环境下的油相表观速度,并与实验数据进行了对比分析,计算结果与实验很好地吻合,发现该模型对小于50m3/d的低流量油水两相分相流量计算平均相对误差为18.86%,大于100m3/d的中高流量油水两相分相流量计算平均相对误差为8.49%,能够满足生产测井产出剖面解释的要求。相关参数的改进扩大了漂移模型的应用范围,提高了水平井及大斜度井筒中油水两相产液剖面测井的解释精度。Due to gravitational differentiation,oil-water two-phase flow pattern,the local velocity and local phase holdup along the radial direction of pipe in horizontal and highly deviated wells perform complicatedly,so it is hard to interpret the flow,water holdup and multi-phase flows.Conventional drift-flux model can not interpret fluid profile that is applied in production logging interpretation in vertical well.This paper presents the results of an experimental study and a semi-theoretical analysis of two-phase oil/water flow in horizontal and highly deviated well.Based on experiments data analysis of multi-phase flow loop test,we revise drift-flux model,improve well deviated angle,coefficient Co of holdup rate to phase distribution and the limit up velocity of oil drop v∞,define the correlation calculation formula.We forecast oil-phase apparent velocity under multi-phase flow loop simulate test by improved drift-flux model,and comparing with test data,calculation results are in good agreement with experiments data.When oil-water two-phase flow is lower than 50 m3/d,the calculation average relative error of split-phase flow is 18.86% by improved model,when oil-water two-phase flow is bigger than 100 m3/d,the calculation average relative error of split-phase flow is 8.49%.It can meet the requirements of production logging output profile interpretation.The improved correlation parameters expand the application range of drift-flux models,improve the interpretation precision of oil-water two-phase flow output profile in horizontal and highly deviated well.
