摘  要:为确保平湖油田后续油气产量的稳定,以裸眼水平井B-××井为研究对象对油藏的开发效果进行射孔完井设计。通过分析射孔和增效压裂程度对水平井产能的影响,优选了适合该井况的射孔枪、弹架和射孔参数,并对增效火药装药量、装药结构以及施工管柱进行优化设计。在已知井筒能够承受最高压力的情况下,计算出了需要的火药量,提出了一种适合该油田B-××井的多级脉冲射孔方案。现场应用表明,该方法地层压裂效果显著,测试结果超过预期产量,而且安全性能良好,验证了多级脉冲加载压裂技术的优势。该井一次点火成功,为今后裸眼水平井完井射孔参数的优化设计提供了一定的设计依据。In order to stabilize follow-up output of oil and gas in Pinghu oilfield,perforation completion is designed on B-× × open hole horizontal well.Horizontal well productivity is influenced by perforation and fracturing.Perforating gun and shooting tube and perforation parameter are studied.At the same time optimization design is discussed for charge and charge structure.Under the circumstances knowing the maximum pressure-bearing for the wellhole,the parameters such as required charge mass can be calculated.This paper proposes a multilevel impulse perforating method suitable for the B-× × open hole horizontal well.Field application indicates that this method has outstanding formation fracturing effect,and its test output surpasses the expected output with high safety performance.The successful application of multilevel impulse perforating technology in B-× × open hole horizontal well could help perforating parameter optimization design in the future.
