摘　　要：阐述了地方文献建设的重要意义,从总体规划、数据库类型、版块设计、文献加工技术等方面,对邢台市地方文献数据库建设方案进行了详细介绍。This paper expounds the important significance of the construction of local literature, and introduces in detail the local literature database construction scheme of Xingtai Library from aspects of the overall planning, the database type, the section design, and the literature processing technology, etc.
