摘　　要：阐述了文化强国与高校图书馆文化的内涵及其相互关系,分析了文化强国视域下加强高校图书馆文化建设的意义,提出了文化强国视域下加强高校图书馆文化建设的途径。This paper expounds the connotations of the powerful cultural country and university library’s culture and the relationship between the powerful cultural country and university library’s culture, analyzes the significance of strengthening university library’s culture construction under the sight of the powerful cultural country, and puts forward some paths for strengthening university library’s culture construction under the sight of the powerful cultural country.
