摘　　要：提出根据货种、吞吐量、人员设置、工艺等测算计件工资总额,在总额一定的情况下,引入分货种分过程难度系数,使得不同货种不同过程的计件定额不同,以体现不同作业过程的难易程度,反应生产一线的实际情况。This paper proposes a method to estimate the total amount of piece wage in terms of the type of cargo, the throughput, the staff arrangement, and the handling process. In the condition of total amount fixed, this paper in turn proposes a difficulty coefficient in terms of the type of cargo and the handling process so that there are different piece work quota according to the different type of cargo or the handling process, so that it can represent the difficulty level in different operative process and it reflects the actual status in the frontline ooeration.
