摘　　要：目的分析胃肠间质瘤(GIST)的CT及MR表现,探讨该肿瘤的影像学特征,提高诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的9例GIST患者的术前CT及MRI检查结果。结果术后病理显示肿瘤发生于胃6例,小肠3例。病理证实9例GIST中,良性7例,肿瘤最大径<5cm,边界较清楚,密度较均匀;恶性2例,肿块最大径>6cm,肿瘤边缘有分叶,坏死常见。肿瘤病变呈现等T1稍长T2信号,动态增强肿瘤多数呈不均匀强化,静脉期持续强化。结论 GIST的影像学表现有特征性,CT及MR检查相结合,可以获得较高的诊断准确性。Objective Analyze the gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST） performance of the CT and MR, to study the characteristics of the tumor image, improve the level of diagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 9 cases confirmed by operation and pathology in patients with GIST preoperative CT and MRI examination results. Results Postoperative pathology showed the tumor located in stomach in 6 cases, 3 cases of small intestine. Pathology in 9 cases of GIST, 7 cases were benign, the maximal tumor diameter＆lt;5cm, the boundary is clear, uniform density;malignant in 2 cases, the largest tumor＆amp;nbsp;diameter＆gt;6cm, tumor margin divided leaves, necrosis of common. Tumor lesions showed equal T1 signal and slightly longer T2 signal, and presented heterogeneous enhancement under dynamic enhancement, and continuing enhancement in venous phase. Conclusion The imaging features of GIST are characteristic, combining the CT and MR examination, can obtain high accuracy.
