摘 要:针对海水淡化技能型员工紧缺、培训技术手段落后的问题,提出了基于虚拟样机的海水淡化仿真培训系统。该文从过程控制仿真、虚拟操作环境和管理评价体系等方面进行了分析和阐述,构建了低温多效蒸馏仿真培训平台,具备原理演示、专业培训及技能鉴定等功能。应用结果表明,平台有效填补了海水淡化领域仿真培训空白,对提高培训质量和效率、改善装置运行水平、促进海水淡化产业发展等方面具有重要意义。in order to solve the problem of seawater desalination,such as shortage of skilled workers,lag in training techniques,proposed a simulation training system based on virtual prototype. From three aspects were analyzed and explained of process control simulation,virtual operating environment and management evaluation system,the low temper- ature multiple effect distillation simulation training platform have been analyzed and introduced. The platform can be used for the principle demonstration,professional training and skill appraisal. It effectively fills the blank of simulation training in desalination field. The application results show that it will be of great significances to improve the training quality and efficiency,improve the plant operation level ,promote the development of seawater desalination industry.
