摘　　要：基于换向器焊接方法和原理,从焊接设备、焊极材料、换向器结构以及工艺参数、质量判定等方面介绍换向器点焊过程,分析影响焊接效果的因素。Based on commutator welding method and principle, from the aspects such as welding equipment, welding materials, commutator structure and technological parameters, quality judgment, introduce commutator spot welding process, analyze the inf luencing factors of welding effect.
