摘　　要：随着我国经济的迅速发展,铁路既有的管理模式、服务意识观念已难以适应铁路系统的发展要求,而水电经营指标作为铁路供电段的一项主要经济指标,显得尤为重要。要最大限度提高指标先进性,实现效益最大化,水电经营精细化管理是十分必要的。这就需要我们借助先进的管理理念和手段,实现从粗放管理到精细管理、从经验管理到科学管理、从传统管理到现代管理的全面转变,优化管理流程,提升管理水平。水电经营精细化管理是提升管理水平的强有力的基础和保证。现就我段水电经营管理现状作简要分析。With the rapid development of China’s economy, the existing railway management, service awareness concept has been difficult to adapt to the development of the railway system, and the hydropower business indicators as a major economic indicators railway power supply segment, is particularly important. To maximize indicators advanced, to achieve maximum efficiency, hydropower operations meticulous management is essential. This requires us with advanced management concepts and tools to achieve from extensive management to fine management, from the experience of the management to scientific management, comprehensive transformation from traditional management to modern management, optimizing management processes, improve management level. Hydropower operations meticulous management is a strong foundation and guarantee to enhance the management level. Now I make a brief analysis on the status of the operation and management of hydropower segment.
