干旱高钙对多花木兰和木豆种子萌发的交互影响  被引量:4

摘  要:干旱与高钙已成为岩溶地区鲜明的生境特征,是限制该地区植被恢复与重建的主要因素。以多花木兰和木豆种子为试材,采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)设置(0 MPa、-0.2 MPa、-0.4 MPa、-0.6 MPa、-0.8 MPa、-1.2 MPa)模拟不同程度干旱胁迫,以CaCl2设置(0 mmol/L、5 mmol/L、15 mmol/L、30 mmol/L、50 mmol/L)模拟高钙胁迫研究单一和交互作用下种子的萌发特征。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的增强,多花木兰种子发芽率呈现二次函数变化趋势(p<0.01),而木豆的发芽率呈现负二次函数变化趋势(p<0.01);随着Ca2+胁迫的增强,多花木兰的发芽率呈现直线下降趋势(p<0.05),而木豆的发芽率呈现负二次函数变化趋势(p<0.01);不同干旱与Ca2+交叉胁迫处理,发现多花木兰和木豆种子萌发率对干旱与高钙交互效应不明显。Drought and high calcium have been the distinctive ecological characteristics in karst areas,which are the main restrictive factors of vegetation restoration and reconstruction in the region.In this work,seeds of M.multiflora and C.cajan were used as tested materials,polyethyleneglycol-6000 was set to 0 MPa,-0.2 MPa,-0.4 MPa,-0.6 MPa,-0.8 MPa and-1.2 MPa,respectively,simulating high calcium stress,to research the seed germination characteristics under single action and the Interaction.The results showed that with the enhancement of drought stress,the germination rate of seed of M.multiflora rendered the changing trend of quadratic function (p < 0.01),while the germination rate of seed of C.cajan rendered the changing trend of negative quadratic function (p < 0.01) ; with the increasement of Ca2+ stress,the germination rate of seed of M.multiflora rendered the linear downward trend (p < 0.05),and the germination rate of seed of C.cajan rendered the changing trend of negative quadratic function (p < 0.01).After the interactive stress treatment of different levels of drought and calcium ions,it showed that there was no obvious correlation between the germination rate of seed ofM.multiflora and C.cajan and the interactive effect of drought and calcium ions.
