摘  要:采用生物室内测定方法研究不同浓度的夹竹桃叶子水浸提液对4种作物(莴笋、白菜、萝卜和玉米)种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感影响。结果表明:不同浓度的夹竹桃叶子水浸提液对4种作物种子的萌发和幼苗生长都有很强的化感抑制作用,并且随着化感物质浓度的增加,抑制作用明显增强。4种作物的化感综合效应强弱顺序为:莴笋>白菜>萝卜>玉米,且地下部分比地上部分更敏感,受到的抑制作用更强。尤其是在浓度为20 g/L时,莴笋和萝卜种子发芽率与对照组相比差异极显著,莴笋、萝卜和白菜的根长和胚轴长与对照组相比差异极显著。Allelopathy of leaf extract from the Nerium indicum on four receptor plants (Lactuca sativa L.var.angustanaIrish,Brassica rapa ssp.pekinensis,Raphanus sativus L.,Zea mays L.) were studied in laboratory.The results showed that different concentrations of leaf extract had strong allelopathic inhibition on seed germination and seedling growth of four plants,and with the increase of the concentration of allelochemicals,allelopathic inhibition enhanced significantly.The order of comprehensive allelopathic effect was:Lactuca sativa L.var.angustanaIrish > Brassica rapa ssp.pekinensis > Raphanus sativus L.> Zea mays L.Underground part was more sensitive than the ground part,and had stronger inhibitory effect.When the concentration of leaf extract was 20 g/L,germination rate of Lactuca sativa L.var.angustanaIrish and Raphanus sativus L.seeds were extremely significant difference compared with control.Root length and hypocotyl length of Lactuca sativa L.var.angustanaIrish,Raphanus sativus L.and Brassica rapa ssp.Pekinensis were also significant extremely difference compared with the control group.
