摘 要:为探讨百里香与沙棘共生及成为沙棘伴生草种的可能性。本实验研究了3.33 g/mL、6.67 g/mL、10 g/mL的沙棘果、枝叶和根际土浸提液对百里香种子的化感影响。结果表明:不同浓度的沙棘果、枝叶和根际土浸提液对百里香种子萌发和幼苗生长表现出不同程度的抑制作用(RI<0)。同一种浸提液处理下,对种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用随着浓度增大而增大,且10 g/mL时各指标均与对照达到显著水平;同一浓度处理下,枝叶浸提液的抑制强度大于根际土,根际土浸提液处理大于果;同一浸提液和同一浓度下,胚根的敏感性强于胚芽,胚芽强于萌发率。综合沙棘浸提液对百里香种子的化感作用分析,百里香不宜作为沙棘的伴生草种。Extraction of fruit,branches and leaves,rhizosphere soil of Hippophae rhamnoides under 3.33 g/mL、6.67 g/mL、10 g/mL concentration were applied to study its allelopathy on Thymus serpyllum L.var.asiaticus seeds to explore whether H.rhamnoides had symbiosis with H.serpyllum.The results showed that extraction of fruit,branches and leaves,rhizosphere soil of H.rhamnoides inhibited seed germination and seed growth of H.serpyllum.on certain level (RI < 0).Under the same extract process,the inhibitory action increased with concentration increased,and each index reached significant level with contrast under 10 g/mL concentration.Under the same concentration process,the inhibitory action of branches and leaves extract was stronger than rhizosphere soil,rhizosphere soil extract was stronger than fruit.Under the same extract or concentration process,radicle sensitivity than germ,germ was stronger than germination rate.Therefore,H.rhamnoides couldn' t had symbiosis with H.serpyllum.based on allelopathy study.
