摘　　要：介绍了目前钢铁市场低迷、产能严重过剩的形势下,国内外主要钢铁企业结合本企业自身的特点,在深加工、绿色生产及社会服务化方面所选择的发展方向和实施措施。为其他钢厂及我国冶金行业战略性转型提供了可借鉴的经验。Combining self- characteristics of enterprise at home and abroad, the development direction of choice in deep working, green production and social services and implementation measures under the situation of mar ket downturn and overcapacity were introduced. It provide references for strategic transformation of other steel mills and metallurgical industry of China.
