摘  要:介绍了1984-2012年近30年间我国小型棒材和线材生产的技术进步,期间我国棒线材企业转变了观念,突破"横列式"的束缚,走"高速、无扭、微张力——无张力"世界共同发展之路,并与炼钢-连铸的新工艺技术相结合,促进了我国小型棒材和线材技术的迅速发展。同时指出,我国棒线材企业面临产能严重过剩,上游的原料、燃料过分依赖进口,产品同质化严重的问题,亟需解决。The technologies development of bar and wire rod rolling from 1984 to 2012 year in China were introduced. By changing mindset , breaking the traditional process of ‘open-train mill', and pioneering for the ‘high speed, no-twist, micro stress or no stress', Chinese bar and wire rod rolling technology was rapidly de veloped combined with the newest achievement of iron-making and continuous casting. Meanwhile, it points out that wire and rod enterprises face some problems to need solve in China, such as the serious oversupply of production capacity, raw materials and fuel upstream excessive dependence on imports and serious products homogenization. All of these badly need solution.
