摘  要:通过对各种典型非焊缝断带案例的研究及断带卷冷轧工艺的分析,系统总结了导致非焊缝断带发生的两大诱因:原料带钢缺陷和冷轧操作故障。其中,原料带钢缺陷主要包括热轧卷板形缺陷、热卷边部异物压入、热卷边部折叠、板坯缺陷等;冷轧操作故障主要包括冷轧张力波动、设备异常等。针对产生原因不同的各类型非焊缝断带,提出了相应的预防措施,有效地降低了非焊缝断带的发生率。Based on the morphology observation of cracked strip out of the weld seam and the analysis of rele vant controlling parameters of cold rolling process, it was concluded that there were two kinds of strip fracture induced by different factors. One of which was induced by hot rolled strip flaws including fluctuation of strip shape, press in foreign body, strip overlap and slab defects. The other one of which was caused by fluctuation of tensile stress because of operation problems and exception condition of equipment, occurred at the range out of weld seam. The proper methods against different types of strip fracture were put into practice, the occurrence times of cracked strip was effectively reduced.
