摘  要:针对深井聚磺类钻井废水处理药剂加量大、成本高、吸附剂再生困难等问题研制出了一套钻井废水物化与生物强化技术协作处理装置。介绍了装置的原理、组成、技术参数、性能特点和应用效果。现场应用结果表明,该装置处理深井聚磺类钻井废水,处理后水质可达到GB 8978-1996的二级标准,较好地解决了川东北气田聚磺类钻井废水物化处理成本较高以及废水污染的环保难题。In order to overcome problems in the treatment of sulphonated polymer drilling wastewater, such as the high dosage of treatment chemicals, high costs and difficulties in regeneration of adsorbent, a set of wastewater treatment equipment which combines the physicochemieal treatment with bioaugmentation is developed. In the meantime, the principle, compositions and technical parameters, characteristics and application effects of the equipment are introduced. According to results of the field application, it can be concluded that after treatment of sulphonated polymer drilling wastewater with this equipment, the quality of the drained water can meet the level two of the Nation Standard (GB 8978-- 1996). This equipment could well solve the problems of high cost caused by physicochemical treatment and wastewater pollution in the gas field of Northeast Sichuan.
