摘 要:采用电解-UASB-MBBR组合工艺,处理甲胺磷农药废水,运行结果表明,电解预处理甲胺磷高浓度综合废水,对COD去除率可达11.7%,同时对废水中氨氮和磷的浓度提高水平可分别达34.7%和26.7%;HUSB在较大幅度削减混合废水的有机负荷方面作用显著,对COD的去除率可达31.9%,而MBBR对较低浓度水平的有机物、氨氮和磷均有很好的去除作用,去除率可分别达80.4%、77.5%和72.1%。电解+HUSB+MBBR组合工艺能充分发挥电解提高废水可生化性,以及HUSB和MBBR快速水解酸化及高效氧化有机物的特点,有效处理甲胺磷废水。A combined process of Electrolysis-HUSB-MBBR was applied to treat the Methamidophos wastewater. The results indicated that about 11.7% of organics was removed from the high concentration levels of Methamidophos wastewater by electrolysis process, and the concentrations of ammonium nitrogen and phosphorus was enhanced obviously; about 31.9% of organics was removed from it by HUSB process, however a good performance to remove organics, ammonia and phosphorus was realized by MBBR process, with an efficiency of 80.4%, 77.5% and 72.1% respectively. Therefore the Methamidophos wastewater was effectively treated by the combined process of Electrolysis-HUSB-MBBR process.
