摘 要:针对农村分散型污水处理技术对高脱氮率、低能耗和运行简便的要求,研究开发了一种气升回流式一体化接触氧化反应器,利用曝气,使回流管内外产生液体密度差异,实现回流,简化操作。考察了不同回流区域、进水碳氮比、回流比条件下的TN去除效果。结果表明,在出水水质指标SS含量、COD和NH4+-N达标的前提下,回流区域从缺氧二区变为缺氧一区,TN去除率从30%升至50%;随m(C)/m(N)从3:1升至5:1,TN去除率增加5%~10%;当回流体积比从0:1(没有回流)升至3:1,TN去除率从20%~30%升至65%~75%,但当回流体积比升至2:1(m(C)/m(N)=3:1)或2.5:1(m(C)/m(N)=5:1)以上时,TN去除率开始下降。因此,适宜的回流区域为缺氧一区、回流体积比为2:1。Based on the requirement of high nitrogen removal, low-consumption and easy-maintenance in rural decentralized wastewater treatment, a novel integrated contact-oxidation reactor with air-lift recycling was set up. By the different concentration between the inside and outside the tube formed by the aeration, the volume of nitrate was retumed to anoxic-zone. For the nitrogen removal research, the different recycling zones, m(C)/m(N) and volume of retuvaing nitrate were investigated. As a result, when the SS, COD and NH4+-N contents were all satisfied with the standard, the TN rate is higher in the first anoxic-zone than that in the second anoxic-zone. With the increasing of m(C)/m(N) (from 3:1 to 5:1), the removal rate of TN was increased by 5%-10%. Moreover, the nitrogen removal rate was improved from 20%-30% to 65%-75% with the recycling volume ratio from 0:1 to 3:1. However, the nitrogen removal rate would be decreased when the recycling volume ratio was over 2:1. Therefore, the appropriate recycling volume ratio was 2:1.
