包头市土右旗污水处理站废水处理工程实践

摘　　要：包头市土默特右旗污水处理站污水处理采用CAST工艺,介绍了该工程设计进出水水质指标、工艺流程、主要构筑物的工艺设计参数以及运行效果。分析了出水水质氨氮不达标的原因以及经济效益。通过添加反硝化菌,出水氨氮质量浓度由44 mg/L降到9.6 mg/L,达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB 18918-2002)中的一级B排放标准。CAST process was used for sewage treatment in Baotou tumed fight banner sewage treatment station. The paper introduces the index of the influent water and effluent water quality, technological process, process design parameters of the main structures of the engineering design and operation result. The reasons of the effluent water quality of ammonia nitrogen substandard and economic benefits were analyzed, which achieved the center one levels B discharge standard of the＂ cities sewage treatment plant pollutant discharged standard＂（GB 18918--2002）.
