多样性社会思潮背景下统战工作的坚持与调适

摘　　要：党的十八大在关于统战工作的新论述中强调"正确处理一致性和多样性的关系",这充分体现了党中央对统一战线本质规律的深刻把握。当今中国,相对稳定的社会多样化格局已然形成,思想多样化则是社会多样化最深刻的本质,多样化的挑战促使统战工作作出回应。求同存异是统一战线工作在一致性与多样性的关系处理上长期形成的一个重要的政治原则,但社会多元化使得思想大一统的同质化状态已不可能持续,因而面对多样性的社会思潮,执政党需有大气度和新视角,寻找一致性和多样性的认识论和方法论的指导,确立"合"与"和"两大原则以调适统战工作。The 18th CPC National Congress released new theories on the United Front work, emphasizing ＂the correct handling of the relationship between consistency and diversity＂, which fully reflects the essence of the CPC Central Committee＇s understanding of the nature of United Front work. In today＇s China, a relatively stable pattern of social diversity has come into being, and the diversity of ideologies has become the most profound essence of social diversity, which urges a proper response from the United Front agencies. Seeking common ground while setting aside differences has served as an important political principle for the United Front in handling the relationship between consistency and diversity for a long period of time, yet social diversity has made it impossible to maintain the homogenization of singular ideology ; as a result, in the face of diversified social ideologies, the ruling party shall develop bold mindset and new perspective, look for episte- mological and methodological guidance in handling consistency and diversity, and establish the two major principles -- ＂convergence＂ and ＂harmonv＂ -- to readjust the work of the United Front.
