褐云玛瑙螺肝及肾的组织学观察

摘　　要：利用常规切片技术对褐云玛瑙螺肝及肾的组织结构进行了显微方面的观察。结果发现,褐云玛瑙螺的肝脏表面被纤维性结缔组织覆盖,它的外面是浆膜,在黏膜下层存在较多的脂肪组织,肝小叶之间存在结缔组织,能观察到肝脏静脉,没有很明显的肝细胞索;肾脏表面包着的纤维膜紧贴在皮质上,其下面为平滑肌,可见肾小管和肾小球,肾小管管腔较窄。The organizational structure of the liver and kidney of Achatina fulica was observed with microscopy by using conventional slicing technology. The results showed that the liver surface of A. fulica was covered with fibrous connectivetissue. And its outside was serosa and there were more visible adipose tissue in the submucosa. Connective tissues existed among hepatic lobules. And hepatic vein was observed and obvious liver cell cord wasn′t found. The fiber membrane coated on the kidney surface was close to the cortex and smooth muscle was in the underneath. And visible kidney tubules were seen and the lumen of kidney tubules was narrow.
