摘　　要：需求侧管理是构建我国安全低碳的天然气供应链重要手段。在对需求侧管理在安全低碳天然气供应链战略中的作用与目标进行深入分析的基础上,构建了包括组织体系、运作体系和保障体系在内的天然气需求侧管理体系。Demand Side Management is a important means to build safe and low carbon gas supply chain in China. Based on the deep analysis on role and objectives of Demand Side Management in safe and low carbon gas supply chain strategy, the natural gas Demand Side Management system including organization system, operation system and security system is constructed.
