摘　　要：本文阐述800xA控制系统在冷轧退火酸洗生产线上的应用,分析了生产线的工艺流程,重点叙述了控制系统的配置与通讯功能,并对变频器控制、远程I/O控制以及扩展功能进行了说明。该生产线已投入使用,系统运行稳定、功能完善、易于扩展,具备完整的监控和报警体系,完全满足生产工艺要求,提高了企业的生产效率和经济效益。This paper describes the application of 800xA control system in the production of cold-rolled annealing and pickling line, analyzes the production line process, focuses on describing the configuration and communication functions of the control system, and explains the inverter control, remote I/O control and extension function. The line has been put into production, and the system is stable, functional and easy to expand, and has a complete monitoring and alarm system, which can fully meet the requirements of the production process and improve the production efficiency and economic benefits.
