摘　　要：本文主要介绍了在无复合镗刀的情况下气缸盖本体加工气门导管孔及进、排气阀座孔时的加工工艺以及工艺的改进和完善,对加工过程中易存在的质量问题作了分析,阐述了在加工过程中应注意的事项。This paper describes the process of machining valve guide hole and intake and exhaust valve seat hole under the circumstances of no composite boring tool as well as the improvement and perfection of the process, analyzes the quality problems in the process, and expounds the matters should be noted in the process.
