摘　　要：张家川县发展势头迅猛,为了创造良好的招商引资环境,促进县城与天平铁路的连接,规划修建张恭二级公路。施工任务紧,施工难度大,为了确保施工质量,为工程施工提供准确可靠的测量保障,在施工现场布设GPS平面控制网。Zhangjiachuan county develops rapidly, in order to create a good investment environment and promote the connections between the county and the Tianping railway, Zhangjiachuan-Gongmen second-class road is planned and built. The construction task is tight and the construction difficult is huge, in order to ensure the construction quality, and provide accurate and reliable measurement guarantee for engineering construction, the GPS horizontal control network is layout in the construction site.
