摘 要:针对典型生物质发电项目配套炉前给料系统的问题,提出了改进的技术方案,以拨棍上棒状拨齿有效地拨动生物质物料取代常用的绞龙螺旋对物料的推送作用,可以较好地适应不同的生物质原料,同时大幅降低给料环节的能耗;通过实验室规模试验,获取了该技术的关键技术参数以及设计原则,对于典型15 MW生物质发电机组炉前给料系统进行的估算显示采用该方案完全可以保证机组满负荷的需求,同时,配套驱动功率低于50 kW,可大幅降低能耗。Focused on an improved feeding system for biomass boiler , some recurring problems in traditional feeding system were analyzed and a new idea with a tooth roll was adopted to solve the problems .It was believed that the rod-like tooth was more efficient to push deferent kinds of biomass particles than the paddles of traditional auger .And it al-so should be noticed that the new scheme consumed less power .A series of lab-scale experiments were carried out and some important parameters for industrial design were obtained , as well as some design principles .A concept design of the feeding system for a typical 15MW biomass fueled CHP was presented , the feasibility of new feeding system was ap -proved and the estimated total power consumption was 50 kW, which was significantly lower than traditional scheme .
