摘  要:建立了分散液液微萃取与超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术测定土壤和沉积物中三丁基锡的方法。考察了影响分散液液微萃取的因素(包括有机萃取溶剂、萃取剂体积、分散剂、分散剂体积、萃取时间和盐效应)。在最佳实验条件下,方法在0.5~50μg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关性系数为0.9990,方法检出限(3倍信噪比)为0.1μg/kg,加标回收率为83.1%~104%,相对标准偏差小于8.5%(n=6),适用于土壤和沉积物中三丁基锡的检测。A method for the determination of tributyltin in soil and sediment by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction ( DLLME) coupled with ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC-MS/MS) was established. The influence of extraction parameters such as type and volume of extraction solvent, type and volume of disperser solvent, salt effect and extraction time were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, good linear relationships were obtained in a range of 0.5-50μg/kg (r=0.999 0), and the limits of detection (S/N=3) was 0.1 μg/kg, the spiked recoveries were 83.1%-104% with RSD 〉 8.5 % (n=6). The developed method is suitable for the analysis of tributyltin in soil and sediment.
