摘  要:通过引入谐振腔,设计了一种具有较强透射特性的亚波长金属光栅。引入有耗Drude色散媒质模型,采用时域有限差分算法(Finite-Difference Time-Domain,FDTD),研究金属光栅的透射增强特性并分析了光栅几何参数对透射特性的影响。计算结果表明,所设计内壁刻有谐振腔的三层光栅比单层光栅具有更好的滤波效果,其透射光谱峰值可达84%,为带通滤波器的设计提供了参考。并利用波导Fabry-Perot(F-P)腔谐振效应分析了透射峰的漂移现象。A sub-wavelength metal grating with strong transmission property was designed by introducing the resonant cavity. Based on lossy Drude dispersive medium model, the transmission characteristics of this grating structure were studied and the influence of grating geometry parameters on the transmission characteristics was analyzed by using the finite difference time domain (FDTD) algorithm. Results show that, compared with the single-layer grating, the three layers of grating possesses better filtering effect, and transmission spectrum peak is at 84%. The influence rules provide a useful reference for the design of the bandpass filters. At the same time, the transmission peak drift was analyzed by using the waveguide Fabry-Perot (F-P) cavity resonance effect.
