摘　　要：耳鸣、耳聋是临床常见疾病,尤其是随着年龄的增加,耳鸣、耳聋的发生率也大大增加。而中医认为肾开窍于耳,肝胆之经脉与耳联系紧密,所以从肾、肝、胆入手论治耳部疾病有充足的理论依据,从这个角度辨证用药也才容易取得较好的临床疗效。tinnitus, deafness is common clinical diseases, especially with the increase of age, the incidence of tinnitus, deafness is greatly increased. What is the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment？ Chinese medicine had thought, kidney opens into the ear, the ear of hepatobiliary meridians and closely linked, so from the kidney, liver of on the treatment of ear diseases have sufficient theoretical basis,from the point of view of TCM drugs also can easily achieve better clinical effect.
