摘　　要：急性再生障碍性贫血是血液系统重症之一,现代医学尚无特效疗法,中医药治疗本病具有自身特色。急性再生障碍性贫血病机关键为肾虚络瘀热毒,治疗上应益肾健脾以治本,活血化瘀以通络,配合应用清热解毒、清补结合、标本兼治,初愈后仍须巩固疗效,防止旧病复发。Acute aplastic anemia is one of refractory diseases of blood system. The treatment of this disease with Chinese medicine has multi-channel, multi-target effect advantage. The author thinks that the key mechanism of acute aplastic anemia disease are kidney deficiency and collateral stasis with hot toxin, so treatment of acute aplastic anemia should tonify kidney and spleen, promote blood circulation and remove collateral stasis with the application of heat clearing and detoxifying; At the beginning of the disease prognosis must consolidate and prevent relapse of old illness.
