摘  要:目的:探索并建立门诊急危重病人绿色通道体系,提升门诊急救能力。方法:通过查阅文献、专家头脑风暴法,结合医院实际情况,研究制定门诊急救绿色通道体系,包括完善抢救制度、流程;构建抢救组织,明确部门及人员职能;建立常态化培训机制,创新培训模式,对比研究门诊急救绿色通道体系建立前后的门诊急救能力,评估该体系的功效性。结果:急危重症发生率每1万门诊量下降0.27人次,抢救人员到达现场时间平均缩短18秒;抢救物资到达现场时间平均缩短31秒、完好率100%;病人转送时间平均缩短54秒,前期抢救成功率99.79%。结论:建立的急危重症抢救绿色通道体系可降低门诊急危重症的发生率,提升门诊急救能力。To explore constructing outpatient green channel and improve emergency capacity Methods: Literature review and brain storm methods were used to build outpatient green channel including emergency system, process, organization, staff, regular training and innovation training mode. Emergency capacity in outpatient service before and after green channel were compared to assess its effect. Results: Critical rate has decreased 0.27 person per 10 thousand outpatient persons. Time of staff arrival has shortened 18 seconds and material 31 has shortened 31 seconds. The serviceable rate reached 100%. The time of patient transformation also has shortened 54 seconds. Success rate of first aid reached 99.79%. Conclusions: Outpatient green channel can decrease outpatient critical rate and improve emergency capacity.
