摘　　要：武警总医院在检验危急值管理中对危急值的项目及范围进行了界定,制定了危急值处理程序并取得了良好的临床成效。文章指出危急值管理要提高时效性,加强医、技、护之间的沟通交流并持续改进。The items and scope of critical value were defined in critical value management and made critical value management process, which has got good effect. It showed that critical value management needed to improve timeliness and strengthen communication among doctors, medical test staff and nurses.
