摘　　要：目的:调查分析参加健康大讲堂受众的需求情况,以期更好地改进和举办健康大讲堂活动。方法:对参加中国医学科学院肿瘤医院健康大讲堂的500位受众进行问卷调查,对统计结果进行描述性分析。结果:目前参加健康大讲堂的受众以患者和家属居多,健康大讲堂对于增加疾病的防治、康复知识和了解新的治疗技术和药物有很多帮助。结论:健康大讲堂活动还有很多地方需要改进,如扩大话题范围,提高中青年及健康人群的防癌意识;拓展宣传渠道,让更多人知晓;继续营造医患交流的平台;不断完善健康大讲堂的制度,使健康大讲堂更具系统性和长效性。To survey and analyze the need for the Health Seminar to improve the further work of this event. Methods： 500 respondents were selected to have a questionnaire and data were analyzed by methods of description. Results： Many of the respondents who attend the Health Seminar were patients and their families. The descriptive statistics also suggested that the Health Seminar was helpful for gaining the knowledge of protection and rehabilitation of illnesses and understanding the new treatment technology and new medicines. Conclusions： The topic range needs to be enlarged to raise the cancer prevention awareness of mid-aged or young patients and healthy people. The communication channels need to be expanded to made the Health Seminar been known by more people. Continue providing the platform for doctors and patients to contact each other to provide more chances for patients to contact with the doctors. Try to make the system of Health Seminar more perfect to make the Health Seminar has more systematic and long-term nature.
