摘　　要：针对活塞裙铸造过程中出现的缩孔、缩松缺陷,根据铸造工艺理论,结合计算机辅助设计并利用View Cast软件对原始工艺进行模拟计算,发现缺陷主要集中在销孔周围厚大部位。为了减少铸件缺陷,对原始的浇注系统尺寸进行计算优化,模拟结果显示,新的工艺能明显减少缺陷,提高材料利用率。Concidering the shirinkage void of piston skirt in casting process, the original technology is calculated by View Cast combined with the computer aided design based on the theory of casting technique. The results show that the main defect exist at thick parts of the piston skirt, around the pin hole. The numerical simulation results indicate that the casting defects were reduced while the operation rate were increased by optimizing the runner system.
