摘　　要：目的探讨"红丝带关爱中心"在艾滋病患者护理服务中的作用。方法为患者建立健康电子档案,实施网络和电话健康咨询、心理咨询、行为干预、健康教育及法律援助等服务。结果提高了患者的满意度(P<0.01),减少了艾滋病的传播(P<0.01)。结论 "红丝带关爱中心"在艾滋病护理服务中深化了优质护理服务,减少了艾滋病的传播。Objective To explore the effect of “red ribbon care center” in nursing care of AIDS patients. Methods Established electronic health re- cords,implemented health consultation, psychological counseling, behavioral intervention, health education and legal aid services. Results Patient satisfaction was improved （P 〈 0.01 ） and the spread of AIDS was reduced （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion “Red ribbon care center” deepens high quality nursing service in AIDS nursing care ,and reduces the spread of AIDS.
