摘　　要：从超临界流体萃取技术(SFE)的原理、特点出发,介绍SFE在中药提取分离各成分方面应用的研究进展,并对SFE在中药提取分离方面的发展趋势进行了展望。This article introduced the research progress of supercritical fluid extraction technique used in the extraction and component separation of traditional Chinese medicine from the view of the principle and characteristics of supercritical extraction fluid technology,and the development trend of supercritical fluid extraction technology for the extraction and separation of traditional Chinese medicine was prospected.
